Welcome to my not-so-secret secret spot, with some of the best camping views in Central Oregon!

Campgrounds are fine, but finding a spot that's completely secluded and off the beaten path is the best!

Google maps and a little faith on forest roads lead us to this spot.

Amenities out here include plenty of "pee-bushes", rocks to throw, epic views, and the silence of the wide open that's unlike any other!

The lack of shade and water in the area can make this spot a little rough in the summer.

Disclaimer: If your tent does not come with a mountain view, your product may be defective. Please take down and try again.

Trust me, your tent won't be defective here. You're surrounded by mountain views!

Now imagine waking up to this, coffee in hand.

And can I just take a minute to say, hey Toyota! That's your truck, the Tundra. How about that epic Toyota view... Hmm... sponsor maybe? ;)

Of course, camping is not camping without some good whiskey! Thanks Pendleton for adding to the memories!

Don't ask for the exact location of this spot, I won't tell you. But the beauty of discovering this secret spot for

yourself will make it all that much better. Go, Live, Explore!

PROS:

Very secluded, wide open views.

For it's location, fairly easy to get to (with a truck).

It's FREE! Enjoy!

CONS:

It's a local hot spot (biking, shooting, etc.).

Zero amenities, no water, shade, shelters.

Wild, windy, hot weather, and no fires in summer.
